South Bay restaurant El Pollo Grill to open new location at Chula Vista's Otay Ranch Town Center mall

CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) - A popular South Bay restaurant is expanding with a new location in Chula Vista.
Victor Lopez, owner of the El Pollo Grill restaurant in Bonita , told 10News that a bigger version of his eatery will become part of the Otay Ranch Town Center shopping mall later this year, likely in August.

The eatery specializes in flame-broiled chicken served in halves, quarters and individual portions, along with burritos, tacos, quesadillas and more. This is the family-owned brand's third location; the other two are in Bonita and Lemon Grove.
